About fairPACCT
The fairPACCT program aims to concretize fair pay and fair practice in various sub-sectors in the cultural and creative sector. Think photography, archaeology or pop music, for example. For each sub-sector, stakeholders take seats at a chain table (discussion table). Together, they make proposals for better working conditions and develop practice tools, such as rate guidelines. The knowledge gained and practical tools developed will be secured and shared with the wider cultural and creative sector.
About Platform ACCT
FairPACCT is a program of Platform Labor Market Cultural and Creative Future (Platform ACCT). Working together to improve the labor market in the cultural and creative sector is the goal of Platform ACCT. Platform ACCT has received a multi-year project grant from the Ministry of OCW starting in 2020 to develop the labor market agenda together with the sector, concretize the Fair Practice Code and improve the labor market in the cultural and creative sector.
