About the Table
The chain table was established on June 19, 2026, and consists of six professionals from the field. This chain table is somewhat more compact than other chain tables. This is due to the overlap with the Film/AV and Digital Culture chain tables. The professionals at the table include workers, employers and clients, intermediaries, and representatives from arts education programs. The chain table is starting with a study into the Narrative Audio subsector: who works there, how do they finance their productions, and what are their opportunities for career advancement? Once this is clear, the chain table will determine which concrete tools and guidelines are needed to stimulate appropriate compensation and working relationships in this subsector.
