The Platform ACCT Film Festivals Chain Table presents version 2.0 of the Film Festival Reference Job Manual, management positions section, for public consultation. The manual has been expanded to include these positions with the assistance of Bureau Berenschot. The other reference positions in the manual were already established following a public consultation on January 31.
New in this version are:
- the paragraph on organizational structure on page 4;
- reference positions for festival management under various governance models (pages 47 to 54);
- further explanation on the use of the tables for the reference positions of a head or a director, in order to arrive at an appropriate salary scale (page 55); and,
- an updated Job Matrix in which the reference positions for festival management are included (page 62).

The chain table will use all input to finalize the Job Manual. The new manual will be published before the end of this year for practical application. It will also be actively shared with the professional field and with grant providers such as the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, other government authorities, and the Netherlands Film Fund.
