The program translates the Fair Practice Code into concrete tools for the cultural and creative sector, with an emphasis on fair pay. As one of the two current program secretaries will soon be retiring, we are looking for a successor.  <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Interested? We look forward to hearing from you by June 1st. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>You will work with the fairPACCT team on communication materials and events where the program is presented.<br\/>&#8211; You will guide existing sector tables in developing their products and support the implementation of the developed tools within the subsector.<br\/>&#8211; You will support the chairs of your sector tables with the practical and organizational preparation, execution, and follow-up of actions, as well as (financial) administrative processing. You will serve as their sparring partner on both process and content. An external minute-taker provides the reporting.  <br\/>&#8211; You will manage the sector table process: interim working group meetings and the commissioning of research or instruments.
