Guideline for starting rates<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The fairPACCT Literature Organizations Chain Table hereby presents its third fair pay proposal. It requests a response from all stakeholders by Tuesday, December 19. This will allow this practical instrument to be finalized by the chain table before the end of 2023 and provided with feedback to the field. Please use the form below for your response. The third fair pay proposal concerns the final report ‘Guideline for Starting Rates for Performing Authors and (Spoken Word) Artists. Exploration, calculation model, and checklist for literary festivals, events, and literature education institutions.’ This is accompanied by an Excel Calculation Tool belonging to the Guideline.

Click here to view the two already established fair pay practical instruments – the Job Manual and the Standard Regulations for secondary employment conditions for producing literature organizations.<\/a> This also highlights the fair pay financial letter from the chain table to the State Secretary and the Dutch Foundation for Literature dated November 22. Additionally, it covers extra activities, including the intended phase 2 of the Literature Organizations Chain Table. <\/p>\n
