Following a public consultation this autumn, the tools were finalized during the Chain Table meeting on December 13, 2024. These include a Conceptual Framework, a Guide to Safe and Healthy Working, a Matrix for Freelance Starting Rates, an Assignment Compass, Timesheets for freelance assignments, and a Manual for the application of freelance starting rates.
