thirteen distinct professional practices of arts professionals in cultural education and amateur arts. Additionally, the former chair wrote a letter to the House of Representatives on behalf of the sector table in June 2023.  In this letter, the necessity of a local basic infrastructure and a fair pay impulse for cultural education and amateur arts was advocated. These include freelance art professionals and their clients, as well as mediators and support staff. Under the leadership of independent chair Marijn Cornelis, an expert and advisor, they explore opportunities to stimulate fair pay within this field. The chain table conducts and commissions research, performs analyses, and develops concrete fair pay products.    In doing so, examples from the cultural sector and comparable industries are utilized. The previous chair until June 2025 was Bertien Minco, a sector expert and independent advisor.<br><br>The Cultural Education and Amateur Arts sector table will present a Guide with Factsheets before the summer of 2026. This guide will further specify the thirteen professional practices identified by the sector table and the corresponding fair pay hourly rates for freelancers, using practical examples and personas. Additionally, a sector table working group is developing one or more explanatory brochures regarding activities within new or modernized professional practices. The chain table conducts and commissions research, performs analyses, and develops concrete fair pay products. The previous chair until June 2025 was Bertien Minco, a sector expert and independent advisor.The Cultural Education and Amateur Arts sector table will present a Guide with Factsheets before the summer of 2026.
