Dit alles leidt tot meer aantrekkelijkheid en geeft zzp\u2019ers ruimte om te ondernemen en hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid te (kunnen) nemen.<br \/>\n<\/sr7-txt>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<sr7-txt id=\"SR7_11_1-41-61\" class=\"sr7-layer\"><b>Implementatie<\/b><br \/>\n<br \/>\n3E: Onderzoeken hoe de gekozen verbeteringen (vertaald in de praktijkinstrumenten) kunnen worden vertaald naar de positie van de producent. for Substitutes in Dutch Orchestras) and recently also for music ensembles. These employment conditions serve as a good standard for the level of working conditions for salaried musicians and freelancers working on behalf of these organizations. Outside of this regulated engagement, there is an extensive professional practice for freelance musicians that is less visible. For example, musicians are hired on a project basis for choir accompaniment, a project orchestra, a solo performance at an event, or a festival, whether or not with an ensemble. The compensation that musicians receive for these performances (and preparation with additional tasks) has no clear reference. The participants of the chain table wish to provide this and are working on a fee guideline that can be used by musicians and their clients in practice.     <\/p><p><strong>Search for proper representation of an extensive subsector<\/strong><\/p><p>During the development of this chain table, a strong collaboration emerged from the program with the Platform for Freelance Musicians (PvFM, part of the Creative Coalition). Since March 2022, discussions have been held regarding the task and the approach. A key issue is which parties can represent certain groups of work providers or clients. Clients are a mix of, among others, private individuals, project organizations, venues of various types and sizes, and commercial producers (festivals, music productions). Although this professional practice is quite extensive, representative umbrella organizations for work providers or organizations seem almost non-existent. This requires a creative approach in which authoritative and expert opinion leaders from the subsector are included in the chain table. A first meeting in June 2022 resulted in a full consultation table with a broad and enthusiastic composition. The group has set itself the goal of arriving at a well-founded and practically applicable rate guideline. In doing so, the chain table utilizes independent researchers from the agencies Knyfe and Berenschot. major symphony orchestras (including the CAO for Substitutes in Dutch Orchestras) and recently also for music ensembles. These employment conditions serve as a good standard for the level of working conditions for salaried musicians and freelancers working on behalf of these organizations. Outside of this regulated engagement, there is an extensive professional practice for freelance musicians that is less visible. For example, musicians are hired on a project basis for choir accompaniment, a project orchestra, a solo performance at an event, or a festival, whether or not with an ensemble. The compensation that musicians receive for these performances (and preparation with additional tasks) has no clear reference. The participants of the chain table wish to provide this and are working on a fee guideline that can be used by musicians and their clients in practice.     Search for proper representation of an extensive subsectorDuring the development of this chain table, a strong collaboration emerged from the program with the Platform for Freelance Musicians (PvFM, part of the Creative Coalition). Since March 2022, discussions have been held regarding the task and the approach. A key issue is which parties can represent certain groups of work providers or clients. Clients are a mix of, among others, private individuals, project organizations, venues of various types and sizes, and commercial producers (festivals, music productions). Although this professional practice is quite extensive, representative umbrella organizations for work providers or organizations seem almost non-existent. This requires a creative approach in which authoritative and expert opinion leaders from the subsector are included in the chain table. A first meeting in June 2022 resulted in a full consultation table with a broad and enthusiastic composition. The group has set itself the goal of arriving at a well-founded and practically applicable rate guideline.
