A Standard Regulation for secondary employment conditions has been established, including  two notes regarding contract type and duration, as well as the position of freelancers. <\/p><div><br>The chain table has also presented a note on safety and working conditions.<b><br><\/b>All of this was preceded by a labor monitor among workers and a study into positions and salaries at various types of These include archaeologists, representatives of excavation companies, professional organizations, labor intermediaries, and educational institutions. Led by independent chair Henk Koster, they explore opportunities to stimulate fair pay in this field. The chain table conducts its own research and commissions studies, performs analyses, and develops guidelines and tools: concrete products for practical application.    Examples from the cultural sector and comparable industries are used in this process. <br><br>The Archaeology Chain Table is in discussion with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science regarding the preferred legal anchoring of the Archaeology Job Framework. It is also working on practical handles for the implementation of the Job Framework. Based on further research, the chain table is considering formulating specific hourly rates for freelancers.  <b> <\/b>Additionally, with a view to (fair pay) earning capacity, it aims to map out the types of (overhead) costs incurred by archaeological companies.
